Default O550 #4

Picked this up in the for sale forum - $75.00 plus shipping. I now have four complete O550 air frames, two of them flying. Should be able to keep my 550 in the air for a long time with the complete air frames and the boat load of spares I have. I will post a picture when it arrives next week.

This airframe was flown about 10 flights...it's a flybar version ..comes with stock yellow canopy..

Heli has never been crashed

nice. I need to watch the f/s forum to get more parts. I will never get rid of my 550! And next year I am getting my first 700.. and I can share packs with the 550! So even more reason to look. Good score paul!

Seldom happens though , what with the new fangled battery trays on the 700's . Just mount 2 x 6S on the tray permanently ( sort of !) to make a 12S pack

I am going the same route as Pete just said, a Rave Ballistic FSO that can share packs with my O550.

Well, here is the newest addition to the Outrage 550 fleet. Exactly as described by the seller, could not be happier with it.

Now have my original green one that started it all, #2 CF that is still in the box it was shipped in, #3 Team Outrage that I picked up from Stickhack and now #4 CF FB version.

So I have two that I am flying, both FBL, two complete CF O550s as spares, two complete sets of G10 upper and lower frames and a boat load of spare parts. I will be able to keep #1 and #3 in the air for a very long time.

Nice line up Paul! I got to see my old 550 fly a few days ago. I miss the 550 some times.

I love my 550s, they are great. I just got done maidening #3 with the updated Total G. Just got it back from Curtis on Thursday, it had issues from the seller and would not go into external receiver mode. #3 flew super, I need to get the other Total G from #1 sent in for the same update. The newer firmware is a lot more locked in. Looking forward to a great summer of flying. I am so tempted to get #4 airborne as a FB. I have everything needed to do it, I guess two is enough at the moment.
