Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Could you please post a link to where I can buy this main gear? As I cannot find it anywhere.

Thanks again,
Jerry

Yes the pinion i used was 6mm, the 100 tooth won't fit, i know you need more teeth with that motor on 12s.

Hey thanks cheif. I was wondering if you could do me another favour and measure the total height of the battery and motor that I can fit. I am thinking of trying to squeeze in a scorpion 4030 330kv. LOL!

The length is 62mm

http://helidirect.com/scorpion-hkiii...rs-p-23313.hdx

plus the height of the batts is 38mm

I need a total of 100mm between the bottom and the motor mount. LOL can I do it????

Thanks,
Jerry

Between the frames is 49mm, my battery height is 50mm, and my motor 40/30

here are some photo as you can see i put in a 6mm spacer for the mixing arms for clearance and raised the boom supports so i could fit batteries
