Next time, go to rc-bearings.com. Four bearings will only cost you $12.76 plus shipping. Plus, Paul (the proprietor, nickname: RC-Bearings) is a frequent poster here and responds promptly to PMs, so you know you'll get great service.

Quick question: Can you confirm that the Logo 600 can run up to 650mm blades?

Specifications: Rotor diameter: 1250mm to 1450mm Rotor blades: 600/620/650mm Main gear ratio: 8,1:1 to 12,9:1, Mod. 0.7 Weight: 3,2 kg and up Battery: 6S to 10S LiPoly However, I have yet to see any 650mm blades for sale anywhere in the US (that doesn't mean they don't exist)... The longest blades I've seen that fit on the 600 are 620mm, like the Gohbee 620. I was running 610mm RotorTechs until I got the 603mm Edge FBL mains. BTW, congrats on getting that 600! You're gonna love it... (Also let me know if/when you're heading to OCMA again.) /ES |

I've run mine with 2400rpm++ and it was sick and only a flight test... my Logo stood in the air in whatever orientation I've put it
I would not recommend it to anyone and it's way beyond every limit blade builders specify. 2000rpm is more than enough in my opinion, and some blades like Maniacs don't need that much. BBTs Insane 603 should be build for higher head-speed, maybe worth a look for every RPM-freak. -Klaus

That comment was in reference to those running 690MM rotors on the plastic grips.
NOT for 600MM rotors. |

I have been looking around for info on 5mm blade bolts, thought i saw it somewhere but now i can't find it. Has anyone drilled their blade grips so they can use 5mm blade bolts?
Thanks |

I drilled mine for 5mm a few years ago, it worked. There's no problem with hardened, full shank, 4mm bolts though.
Hey, I was down in Weyburn for a good chunk of last summer. The wind is a pretty constant thing down there, always seems to be a blowing. |

I am planning on stretching for AP, so with the lower headspeeds i'm sure the 4mm bolts wouldn't be an issue, just wanted to see if anyone has drilled their grips with success.
Yeah i had to get used to the wind when i moved here it can definitely be a pain in the a$$ some days. |

If you drill them then the nuts and head do not sit in so it would look kinda odd and maybe not the best idea.

Just a quick question - is it possible to get a 2S 1300mAh ~ RX LiPo which will fit in my L500 any longer? The smallest size I can find is 2100mAh... Or should I just as well get a normal LiPo and solder a RX connector onto it?

I have a 2S 2100 30C hacker as an RX pack. It's strapped under the frame dead under the main shaft, so changing packs (different size RX pack that is) will not effect CG. You just need to make a small plastic "plate" and screw it to the 4 tabs on the base of the frame.
