Default VX1e with wrong Aileron correction

Hi guys,

I have built a new Spartan VX1e (v3.72) into a G380 and I#m still new to the VX1e.
The issue I have is that with the current Settings the correction of Aileron is working in the opposite way. When I tillt the heli to the right, the swash tilt to the right even more, vs. try to hold Level. The Elevator & Co is working as expected. All the movements itself working as supposed to be.

How I can Change the direction of "correction" on Aileron axis? I cannot find an Option in the datapod.

Thank you!
Andreas

Hi Andreas, you want to check the orientation setting for the Vortex, and the servo directions. But often to get the behaviour you describe you will also have something wrong in the TX. You may have a few settings wrong here, so its worth running through all the setup steps up to the swash settings just to check they're all ok.

I always say the easiest way to do the setup is to use the Spartan Studio software, it guides you through all the steps in order, and makes it very easy to get everything working correctly first time.

Just using the datapod is fine once you know it, but its much easier to make a mistake unless you know the Vortex well.

99.9% the aileron direction is wrong in Setup->Transmitter.

Look in the transmitter option on the data pod. I bet it's going the wrong way. Happened to me, servo movement went the right way but tilting the swash it didn't. Had to reverse it in the radio and had to change a few setting in the swash option.
