The new field is HUGE! We will comfortably fit 4 flight stations as is plus a 5th over in the clubs actual designated heli area. We will use this spot for tuning or scale. It has its own field.

We are also working on extending the runway to over 1000 feet so if that is done before the event I will have even more flight stations.

Talked to some fantastic pilots from Vero beach yesterday and they are all coming down also!!! Nice thing about Port Saint Lucie is its centrally located on the East coast so its not a terribly long ride from any direction.

I just borrowed a buddies camper to use for that weekend.November is still a ways away but we are expecting a huge turnout for this one. The weather in Florida is usually perfect that time of year also!

Bert Kammerer sent me a message that he will be flying at this event also!!! Can't wait!

Early registration form has just been added to our new web page!!!! Save 5 dollars if you pre-register. Also, the 5 dollar parking "donation" is only for spectators / non pilots. Pilots don't pay for additional parking...

Mike Forton just sent me a message saying he will be flying there also!

We can make a special area for Airhogs, MCXs and those Radio Shack helis that you pull the string and they go straight up 10 feet and back down again. You wouldn't mind flying over the pond area would ya? Just watch out for the gators and giant large mouth bass!!!

I was talking to Peter Wales when I was at IRCHA and he said he will be coming to our event with his beautiful scale helicopters. I can't wait to see those again! It makes me want to put a scale body on one of my Trex 600s instead of having 4 3d helis.

Our club purchased tshirts for the event and we are giving them, (yes... they are really free), out to pilots on a first come first serve basis. Judging by the huge amount of pilots signing up for this event they wont last very long!
