Default Jlog 2.6 with new Jive Pr

I almost was a bit disappointed when trying out the Jive Pro 120 and I could not get data logging to work first. However I noticed that I had an older version on the Jlog. Downloaded last Firmware and all worked great.

Have it now actually running with the Jive Pro 80 and I am very happy.

Well, few days ago I modified the Downloader to show up with the JIVE Pro also. Firmwares for KOSMIK/any telemetry and JIVE Pro are identical because of course the interface/protocol is the same on KOSMIK/JIVE Pro.

Btw: Had a user who did not get even supply voltage for JLog from a JIVE Pro. In the end it turned out that he did not use our "KOSMIK cable" than the cable from Kontronik for connecting a TelMe. That does not work! Kontronik's cable ist NOT straight-through as ours is, it is "mirrored" from one end to the other because one plug has the opposite orientation. You could use this cable but have to re-pin it, 1->5, 2->4, 5->1, 4->2, and the center pin 3 of the five remains in its position.

That is good information. I actually have to check my boxes to see if I still have a few more cables to handle the next Jive pro 120't that will come in soon.

Current version is 26-K_E-41.8.bin

I suggest to always check for the latest version either way. I tried it at IRCHA and just had to wait until I was at the hotel to have good network access.

Geez Tom... Settle down crabby pants.

I actually got all mine updated prior to this response. I was just slow to mention I got it.

Drink some coffee or something. Plant a garden... Life's too short to be so grumpy.

Default Jive Pro data into Logview --> HOW?

I'm using the Jive Pro with Jlog2.6 too.
Logging works onto the Jlog and telemetry also works towards the DS-16 without any changes (used Kosmik 160HV before the Jive Pro).

However I'm having an issue importing the logfiles into Logview (V2): the data is being imported/read, but when it is almost there it just stops and no data is shown. I had no issues reading files logged by Jlog from the Kosmik. Looks to me it has to do with certain data not being logged, so not enough log entries perhaps?

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Should not happen.

Please attach a raw log file (.txt).

I seem to have lost my Jive Pro logs: looks like the installation of Logview Studio has overwritten the directory in which they were stored...
But I think I've found the issue because I suddenly could not import Kosmik files either:
At startup I chose "Run as administrator" and it worked again.
