Default srimok 90 engine and model suggestion

Hello ,

I am looking for a srimok 90 size nitro heli. I would like a few suggestions and a some help with my queries.
I am looking for a helicopter with a flybar system should i go in for srimok 90N or srimok 90N ECO. Or does the Srimok 90N eco only comes as a fbl system.

Is it possible to fit the Ys 120 on a Srimok 90N.
What engine would you suggest and why between the YS 90 and Ys 120.

As am new to Srimok and first time buyer you valuable suggestions will really be helpful!

Thanking you in advance.

Hey Varun,

Welcome onboard!

Both, the 90N and 90N ECO are available as Flybar and FBL Systems.
Depends on what you like. If you like Carbon all around with carbon Landing gear, the N is the right machine for you. If you don't care for carbon that much, I would go with the ECO.

We had the YS120 in our Srimoks for quite some time and finally changed it for the OS 105 HZ. Runs a lot smoother and as powerful as the 120 YS.
If you want to go YS, i would take the YS 91 SRS .. very smooth and powerful motor.

We have all the kits in stock at www.helistore.at

Nice greetings
Tom

I personally like the ECO with G10 frames - more vibration absorption, less radio shielding, flies like a dream - the ECO better flyer IMHO - FBL makes life much easier.

If you want a smart benchtop show model go for the Srimok 90 CF FB but if you want a great flying machine go ECO G10 FBL

Jup John,

Thats true. The softer G10 absorbs a bit more vibs then the carbon.

But my 90N FBL flies so nice with the OS 105 ... can't tell a smoothness difference to the ECO and the carbon frames with the carbon landing gear simply looks more superior!

Is the OS 105 a straight fit on the 90N? I read some carving is involved to the fan shroud.
