Default Dirty Hands

Hey y'all! After spending a good bit of time trolling the forums I finally signed up to become an active participant. I spent a lot of time flying my Father's mCX and bought myself the mCX2 two weeks ago. I've been having a blast and have started getting my hands "dirty" fixing and modding it. It's still in the air but at this point I'm going to break it down and put it back together again to see if I can get rid of some vibration issues. Questions are sure to follow...

However, I do have one that's been bugging me. I bought upper & lower blades to replace the originals and new uppers cause the whole helicopter to shake and vibrate. When I put the old one's back on, everything's fine. The lower blades are fine but the new uppers are giving me fits. Could the new one's be out of balance? The old set is in pretty good shape but when I put the new one's on it's almost impossible to fly. Thanks for any input you might have!

I think I figured out what the problem is with the new blades. Upon closer inspection the pitch on one of the sections is way off. When I was trying to figure out the problem I was looking at the overall shape and things seemed in order. However, when I laid them out next to each other one of the new halves was raised off the table surface much higher than the rest. I was going to try and "fix" it by bending it but for the $ I'm just going to but new one's. Next time I'll be sure to check the pitch before I install them. Has anyone else had issues with brand new blades?
