Hey guys (and gals)! New member from MI. I've got about 6 months under my belt with a couple FP's and just got my Exceed Blue Ray 450 CP (t-rex knock-off) and have been getting it dialed in.
I stumbled on this site through another site- lots of references to it and have been reading through some of the posts on here for several weeks now.
There seems to be a TON on knowledge on this site and I'm hoping to learn a few things from some of you.

Background- been racing RC electrics and nitros at local tracks here pretty much since I've been 12 years old and helis back then were like $2K just to get started!!!!

Anyway I finally explored it again about a year ago and now it's finally something that I can easily afford to fix during the learning curve.
Outside of that, I'm pretty heavy into any motorsports (not Nascar either) and occasionally go out and do some competetive Rock Crawling with my Jeep. That's that lateast interest over the last couple years.

Hey sandvipr, I'm in Grand Rapids too and getting ready to make the jump from a HBFP to a high end bird. I'd love to see you fly yours some time! Where will you be flying it?
