anyone know how to rig up leds for the K110? I tried just taping 1 led with CR2016 flat battery but too m uch weight. won't get off the ground. someone from germany did something but it's all in german. https://www.rc-heli.de/board/showpos...postcount=2676

if anyone has english info on this or another source, please come forward. I really want to do this.

I did a mCPX BL night model a few years back, using a CR2032 on the headblock to power both blades, with very fine wire and SMT 0805 LEDs on the blades.

You could feel the difference in weight, but it would still 3D, but that is a 2S model with brushless motor. A CR2016 on the headblock with 1 led on top of one blade, and 1 led underneath the other is about as light as you're likely to get.

You can then light the body with a single white LED inside, it'll shine through the canopy, and I find a yellow or orange LED on the tail fin helps with orientation.
