Default Anybody flying the 4#3Q yet?

Hey Guys, I was looking to buy (yet another) micro heli. Anybody have a 4#3Q yet? Can you tell me anything about the quality of this product? How does it compare to my MSR? Thanx in advance for any input. Go Fly!!!

The 4#3Q is a bit tamer version of the legendary 4#3B. It has been out for about a year now. I think you may be thinking of the new Walkera CB100 which is more like the mSR. The reviews have been most favorable so far!

The 4#3Q is a scale fuse, looks pretty cool. Looks like it's a bit larger than the MSR. Is that the one your speaking of? Thanx...

ya, the 4#3Q is slightly bigger than the 4#3b. And the blades are slightly bigger too. Due to the increase in size, weight and larger blades it is slightly more stable than the 4#3b.

Do the Walkera 2.4 gh bind to the DX-7? I ordered one RTF for 120 bucks + shipping. Going out of town next week and needed something I could pack along easy. Would love to take a 450 but don't trust the baggage handlers not to damage it. Any ideas on transporting? I have hard cases for 450 and DX-7 but haven't had good luck with the airlines. If I UPS it it will cost me close to 80 bucks round trip.

Walkera receivers use a proprietary technology requiring them to be used only with Walkera transmitters. You can not use a DX-7 (or any other radio for that matter).

I have used a 9x5 plastic "schools suppy" box that you can get at any CVS or Wallgreens, or Rite-Aid. I wrap the heli in a washcloth, then stick it in the box, then throw the box in my suitcase!
