maybe dumb question but i need to be sure

hi guys, i have a maybe dumb question hehe but anyway, here it is..

i have a trex 600 with the align gov, so i need the channel 7 for it (on/off)

so im planning on adding a fasst module/receiver to my 9zap.

this receiver is 7 channel, but the channel 7(aux) its for battery use and i need that channel for gov...

so my question is can i use something like this ?

plugged into channel 7, one side for batery, another for gov ?

can i do that ?

The Y harness will work fine. The battery will not connect to the signal wire and only connect to the red and black power pins. The servo/gov will use all three wires (power/red, ground/black, and signal/whiteORyellow).
