Best way to mount a S9650?????

I just got a Futaba S9650 to replace my DS520 tail servo on my 500. I noticed that the Futaba has a two tabs perpendicular to the mounting tabs on each side. My DS520 does not have those extra tabs. The one-piece double mounting nut that I had for my DS520 hits these tabs. Do I have to do some filing on the one-piece nut and make it work or is there a preferred method to mount a Futaba that doesn't use the one-piece nut?

Your best bet is to remove the tabs from the servo. You can cut them with a diagonal cutter, leaving just a little of the tab material, and then sand the remainder with a Dremel sanding tool or whatever you have, or you can very carefully cut them off with a Dremel cut off wheel. Again, leave a little on after the first cut, then clean it up the rest of the way, the idea being not to cut too much.

Finless has a video somewhere showing the diagonal cutter method, but for some reason I can't put my finger on it.
