Angry Shipping back a defective product

Should I be responsible for shipping back a defective item? Second time now for me with Helidirect. First time was a Torq 9180 servo DOA. This time it was the rpm tach they sell. Some of the digits were missing on the display. Again this was DOA. The first time they went ahead and shipped out a new servo right away. This time its a $60 item and they waited to get the other item back before they would send me the new one. Now it's out of stock. Both times I paid Fedex shipping back. Ridiculous.

Try contacting Larry directly yourself, phone or email, have a chat with him about your problems. He seems to be Helidirect's 'fix-it-guy'.
A while back I purchased a 500 sized heli from Helidirect, when it arrived it had the totally wrong canopy, damned thing was WAY too large for a 500.
Emailed Larry, got a reply the next day and he sent the correct canopy out at no extra cost - with an apology for the inconvenience.
Not half bad service considering I live in Western Australia. :-)

Yeah Larry is a good guy, he was the one who sent the servo out to me asap. I dealt with a different guy this time. I guess I was just frustrated yesterday. I still don't understand having to pay for return shipping for something that is defective.
