Default alitle confused about Swashplate servo frequency

this is on the v.1 manuel page 50 : http://www.beastx.com/manuals/MICROBEAST_PV_ENG.pdf
AlignDS 410
swashplate ----------------- blue - 200Hz
servo frequency
colour - Hz

on beastX home page on v.2 :http://www.beastx.com/service_servoliste.html

just put it on 65Hz. theoretically there isnt much of a difference in flying characteristics between the different rates.
And with a to high frequency you can overheat the servos and you draw more power from the battery.

where on the site did you see this, i've downloaded the new manual & can't see any lists like in the old manual regaurding servo frequencies. I assumed we would just use the recommended frequencies in the old manual or is this just a new recomendation for the DS410?

New stuff replaces old stuff, your comparing a old preliminary manual (200hz) with an updated version (65hz), safe to say I would use 65hz

The answer is obvious, you don't reference a 2001 Mustang repair manual to repair a 2010 Mustang.
