g210 on 400
Ok, I read the few other threads talking about this and it seems to have worked fine for everyone. I got a 450 from a friend, head damage from a swash servo that went out. turned out all 3 were out and with the head damage I decided to just swap the gyro to one of my 400s. I tested it and it hovered ok, lil left right wag. lowered the radio gyro setting to 68ish and it calmed down. Thought I was set. was in normal mode and punched it up to see if it held well and wow did it NOT. heli went nose left 90 degs, tried it a couple of time and then it blew out like it was an MCPX and I pyro'd in on throttle cut. no damage.
So to make a long story shorter, I have verified the plugs and what not are hooked up right, yellow gain wire on gear channel and sig and all that. all servos are stock, DX6i with factory radio setup. any suggestions? Thanks |

Are you running the stock B400 servo as analog? Micro switch on the 210. You need to run it in analog mode. I had the stock servo on a 401 and held 7.5 out ten.
I was not overly impressed with the 210 on my 450.... Yes better than the 110 and stock B400 servo but still just OK.
