Question Can a Futaba 8FG work w/ phoenix?

My first time posting in this section...
I recently decided to ditch Spektrum radio equipment all together after doing a lot of research. I now have a Futaba 8FG and it's totally new territory to me. Being that's said, I sort of just realized my flight sim plug is for spektrum radios.

Do i have to buy a Futaba cable or, am I just beat? I dont think anyone would want to buy just the cable w/o the Phoenix install disc.

Thanks in advance!

Of course you can, it has a buddy box connection, you just need a 3.5mm to Futaba adaptor... dont cheap out on this, they break easy.

Everyone sells them, they are about $4. Buy a 2nd one, the futaba buddy box connection is a huge POS, they break pretty easy.

Are you trying to do this on Phoenix or RealFlight? RealFlight comes with the cable for Futaba. You posted this in the RealFlight sim section not Phoenix.
