Question Pushed the torque tube in too hard? Tail binds

I bought a used 450 pro super combo. I tried spinning the main rotor by hand, and it was smooth. I then installed the torque tube, and all of a sudden the torque tube gears are binding. Even with the torque tube out, it no longer is smooth. What did I mess up? I was gonna open it and check the gears, but there is a stripped screw on the frame that holds the case for the torque tube gears.. Serves me right for buying another heli from the national classifieds after getting burnt once, I guess...
I'll have to buy a dremel to get it out.

You most likely pushed the long umbrella gear in the boom clamp out of its bearings and its tight against the drive assembly. See page 9 of your manual.

That is probably it. And one trick I have found is that you don't need to open up the frame to push the gear back. Just use a small screwdriver to kind of push it back in to place.

This was very helpful, thanks!
As soon as the wind dies down, and I learn to program the 3gx micro, we'll see if this baby flies. So in other words in 1-2 years probably
