Hope that's the only problem left there, as it's easily fixable. My cardiologist put me on PWM control med last November, cheaper than aspirin and no known side effects, so it's not too bad

Hey night! Sorry to hear they still have you captive in the hospital. I haven't had a chance to be as active in the hobby this summer as I would have liked but that is changing. So you got to go inside the "Big Bagel" for the MRI. I've been there as well. A truly amazing device.

I have to wonder how long they would keep you in the hospital if they knew about your tendency to "tinker" with things and convert them into helicopter innards? They have some pretty impressive stuff in hospitals these days that could be "tinkered" with. Especially some of the video imaging stuff. It is amazing what they can see inside of you without having to perform surgery. They even let you take a look too! Too bad none of the technology manages to make down to the kitchen area to improve the meals.

Hope you get out soon. I guess if it gets too long in there we could probably arrange an escape via airlift from the roof using a couple of 1000's since you have lost a bit of weight. We can probably arrange to have a contingent of multi-rotors flying around as distraction while the helis get you out of there.

Hang in there buddy! We are thinking of you and wishing you all the best.

Ok,
4 days straight of picking, prodding, probing, pumping, sticking, leeching, scanning...
And the best medical science can come up with is.....
Yep ..something is obviously wrong.. but we can not pin point the cause..

So we'll try physical therapy ..... WTH??????????

Excuse me...Doctor(s)
But do you drive a car with 4 flat tires??????

I was always under the impression... you first fix the problem(s), then progress forward..

This sounds as good as running an engine with no oil in the crank case...

Disappointing to hear how the medical profession fails us yet again with all the resources at its disposal

Default physical therapy

It's not that bad, I did 3 months of it with some great staff from the Hospital. Cool part is that everyone in the group has a LOT in common, so it's a great peer group
You show up, they check your BP and you strap on a small EKG in a neck pouch. You do what ever exercise you can, the they check your BP before you leave.
So, after I got out of rehab they talked me into joining the hospital gym, $30 per month, and they check your BP when you get there and when you leave. One less thing I have to do my self. I was there about 1 month when
http://www.nbcdfw.com/video/#!/news/...-Gym/223381441
Guy had a heart attack there at the gym and they had everything they needed on hand to bring him back.

Don't worry about PT your in good hands and after a while you kinda look forward to it.

Night, sorry to hear that the docs and others could not give you anything definitive. I often remind myself that medicine is still part science and part "art" (scientific wild ass guess). Hey wait a minute. Aren't these the same basic principles we use to fly and fix our helis with? Especially the scientific wild ass guess part.

Thanks John,
One of the doctors has found on the MRI, either a blockage or more closer some type of damage at the base of the brain.

I actually started laughing ...
They asked if I would consider surgery to try to correct it..... Ummmmmm...NO!!!!!!!!
I never had any of these issues prior to them opening my chest, so I have no interest in finding out what trouble will come from opening the back of my head.....
Thanks, but no thanks....I'll manage best I can as is.

It's still better to be out on bail than to be locked up, right? Please chase down this specialist ASAP and I'll keep my fingers crossed that he knows what he's doing. Mind you, it's awfully difficult to fly with one's fingers crossed, so would you please hurry up a bit, if it's OK with you?
