Hey Guys,

As of Friday all frames ordered from a new supplier, I have been told 2-3 weeks.
I will finish machining all required components here in Australia, thankfully the machined parts are much simpler than the 700.

I would say, having now read a lot of posts, the critical aspect of the cooling is where the key is of a success or not. I am sure it will cool better than the Align shroud and fan setup, but whether its enough lets see.

As parts are made, I'll post pics as always.

So I'll be biting my nails until the Maiden, stayed tuned.

Thanks all again for the Input, and look forward to comments once the prototype is made.

There will be a short list for BETA testers, for those Interested.

Thanks again Joey.

Oh, almost forgot....

The pulley is setup to spin the Head at whisker under 2700 rpm, lets see if there's enough torque to hold that HS with the 570 blades. Dunno.

Joey.

Will there be other available gearing options? I would love to stretch mine with the lynx stretch kit to swing a 600-620mm blade, yielding a desired head speed between 2000-2200 for that blade length.

Yes, other pulleys are possible but to still use the standard belt this was the largest pulley that fits.

Smaller pulleys no problem !

Regards Joey.

Nice Joey! Keep up the good work.

Which model is your priority - the G570 of the G7.2?

I'm hoping it's the G570

Hey brw0513,

The Agile is almost finished aside from the Fuel Tank finalisation. Carey and I are working on an "elegant" quick release mechanism to get the tank out quickly and easily.

The priority is the 570, all parts are ready except still waiting on pulleys to complete assembly. They are "in transit" from the States, and should be here next week.

I'll post some more 570 pics over the weekend. It definitely is shaping up to been "at least" one very "pretty" heli ! Hopefully it performs as well as it looks ; )

Joey.

Hey Guys,

Sorry daughters birthday weekend, roller skating, horse riding you get the Idea. Only had time to mount motor and check fits.

I'll Install servos tonight and re-post.

At least you get the Idea, also no Canopy mods required, yay.

Enjoy.

Nice Joey!

Can you share any details on how the fan shroud is going to be made?

Keep up the good work.

Is it too early to start looking for a Goblin 570 airframe?
