4F200 major issues

Hello all,

I am a complete novice to these crazy helis. When they said ready to fly, I though it meant "ready to fly".
So i bought this heli about a year ago, took it out of the box, and proceded to try and fire it up on my dining room table. YES, big mistake, I know. Heli took off, tried to shut it down, and almost took my finger off in the process.

Thought it was to time to give it another try, but I think it may have been somehow damaged on maiden flight.
Blades will spin, but even at full throttle not very fast. Tail blades not spinning at all, (gear possibbly stripped?), or is my setup completely jacked?

also the radio throttle is on the right side, which is not easy slide side?

I would really appreciate any help or feedback on getting this fixed correctly and up in the air.

I have took a little movie, but not sure how to get it posted here. Will work on getting it up asap.
