Things I'm aware of:

V2 added
New tail box
V2 TR
Carbon pushrod
Control arms part of main rotor housing
slightly different frames(mainly areas that are cut out)

Lastest kit as people are calling V2.1
Added Helical gears
Mine has the same main hub and owb setup as the 600efl
Also uses the same head as the 600efl

I bought my V2.1 from HeliDirect, and they still show "(CNC straight cut main drive gear set)" on their web site.
