Mark, where did you get the orange boom from? I have a bunch of black spares but I could not find the orange for a long while. I would really prefer those though.

They are 550 conversion booms. HeliDirect had them in stock a while back. I picked one up there. The last crash was with an orange boom. I got that one from Deater over at RCHN.

Ah OK I need the full size. Last time I met Deater (and this was back in August) and we chatted he did not have any chance for orange and he was seriously doubting if it'd be available soon (or at all). I'll catch him over chat during the weekend and figure it out. There are other Fusion reps on the field where I fly, but they don't seem to know much either unfortunately. I might need to DIY a few

I have spare black, but I love the way the orange looks and I was trying to find those and they are just not available anywhere. Now if you have some orange booms that you're willing to give up, then that's a different matter, we should talk then :-)

10 flights today! That's 34 flights this week and I still have tomorrow. woot! Wish the wind would stop gusting to 25mph. I didn't do anything great today except not crash. lol Kept it under control the entire time. Some piros, mostly tail right and left hovering. To windy to let my brain allow me to try nose in. lol

It was a lot of working on fundamentals stick time that I very much need.

On the bench waiting for batteries to finish charging.

I use orange Velo 90 boom shortened according to original.
If you want "Outrage" label on same spot, than you have to cut both sides, then make reces for boom block and anti rotation pin.
But, it's same diameter and same color, proper label ...
