I was in my local hobby town. They had a red Bull 130x on the shelf asked them if they ever go on sale. Counter guy told me he would sell it for 100 bucks. So I picked one up. Did I waste my money? They had two thinking of picking the second up for parts.

They sell brand new ones on ebay auction,they usually go for under $70

Put a metal A gear on yours. Some guys say that the plastic one is fine for them but I've had them strip out on the first flight.

Since replacing the C and D gear is a major process on the RedBull I'd put metal gears on it too and be done with it.
