Fury 55 main shaft update

Miniature Aircraft USA has discovered that a small portion of Fury 55 main shafts (MA128-43) were not hardened correctly. We are offering a free replacement of any mainshaft that is defective. Please check the condition of your main shaft by removing it from the model. A defective main shaft will show accelerated wear where the autorotation oneway bearing rides. While it is normal for there to be some "polishing" in that area, a defective shaft will develop a ridge that can easily be felt. If it discovered that there is this accelerated wear, please send an email to brian.james@miniatureaircraftusa.com and provide a shipping address where we can have the replacement sent. We apologize for the inconvenience.

when will the next batch be out? any worries about the main shaft with the 2nd batch? any changes from the first batch? Bill

We are shipping kits right now. ALL new kits from this point forward have the updated, correctly hardened main shafts.
