Default getting noway with ikon and dmss

Hello everyone
I having a very hard time getting my ikon to work at all.
I have a JR xg14 with the 7channel x-bus rx and I'm trying to get it set up on the x-bus on the JR.
I may have the wiring wrong, looking at the diagram in the soft wear I'm not sure of how wire it.
making it more difficult if the fact that I'm new to JR transmitters.
I have tried different way of wiring but I can't get any movement on the computer or on the heli.
I tried a set up using a standard rx setup and everything moved, not in the correct direction but I got movement in both the computer software and on the heli ,so I'm guessing the fbl unit and the tx are working fine.

Need help please

Are you binding In xbus mode B? If not then you need to bind it that way

I just saw this so it's probably too late...

At the Tx:
1) Set up X.Bus in Settings as Mode B

In the IKON software:
1) Rx Type is HOTT
2) TX Manual lists what the channel mapping is. Have that handy.
3) Make sure to change the IKON channel mapping to match this. I'm not in front of my laptop but I think this is under Advanced->General

Having said this, I absolutely hated the IKON setup. It's very confusing but I did eventually get it to work with my XG-11/7-channel RX so it can be done.

Hello, Raptor 50

My problem were

1 TX Must be in mode B.
2 You have to make your own wire harness for the Ikon,I don't have my heli here now but you must get that correct
3 correct channel assignment on the ikon computer software , a heli freak friend sent my a picture of his channel assignment
4 rx must be set to HOTT in the ikon software

those were my problem

Hi i have mine sorted now thanks . But one concern is when looking at the monitor page on icon screen the throttle and pitch are not moving in the same direction as the tx . Everything else is correct and heli follows the tx perfectly. Just wondering if this is a problem or anyone else have this issue. Its on a nitro heli . I did reverse the tx pitch and throttle so it matched the monitor but i couldn't get the heli to work by reversing servos . Can i just fly it and not worry what the monitor says as heli follows the tx correctly .cheers
