Default Scorpion commander V 130a + vbar gov

Any experience here with the new scorpion commander + vbar gov and low partial load? (or just the ESC with buildin gov since that wont make a differance) (low throttle input - 65% or lower.

Whats the temperture after flight?

I'm not sure about where the throttle out actually was..but here is what I did try with great results:
Rave ENV
4035-560
130main
13t pinion
1700rpm for 5+ min flying 3d..just everything a little slower. Including ele/ail tic tocs, piro flips, funnels, hurricanes...etc.

Esc would come down a little warm, but not hot enough that you could not keep your finger on it!!

Currently flying in summer temps here in Australia ie 30+ deg C.

I have had the ESC quite warm/hot in my TDR when running low throttle settings for the duration of the flight [low head speed flying].

Estimated heatsink temps have been around 40 to 50C ie can keep hand on the ESC but noticeably warm/hot to touch directly after these sort of flights.

No problem has been experienced though.

I also am running the BEC at 7.4v with no buffer pack.

So far done about 30 flights with this ESC and it is working extremely well with my VBAR equipped TDR.

I have also been flying my TDR at higher headspeeds and the ESC does run a tad cooler which is to be expected, however it may also be due to the fact that I do have a NACA style intake duct on my canopy which directs cool air over the motor and ESC area when in forward flight.
