What, NO WAY JOSE`

I run the Engineering team at work and Marketing wouldn't even think of getting in my sandbox, I'm not allowed to market, and they don't try to engineer. I design the solution, they market it to the customer.

In what world are you living in Foxden?

In the REAL world of business, Sales and Marketing conceptualize products and services that fulfill some inherent need or gap in the market place. Once these ideas are proven to be marketable and potentially profitable then and ONLY then are they passed on to Engineering.

In your world you’re saying you design and produce a product that you have NO idea whether or not it’s marketable or profitable? And then leave it to marketing and sales to sell it?

Come on man..let’s be real…Engineers are the people who take concept to reality…but the concepts are the brainchild of those in Marketing and Sales.

So I would have to strongly disagree with you and agree with BillBill24000…whether engineers want to admit it or even know it…they are being driven by those above them in Marketing and Sales..

Fella's this a Build thread not a department bashing or who works for who etc…
This industry is far too small to have all these fancy titles. Everyone must have experience in all avenues in order to have success with either design or marketing...... peace!!

I am really looking forward to the V90. I could use another Outrage, and skip past the V50 for the 90. Since I have two new nitro birds already this season, it's time to fly and not build. But next season....will be perfect.

Yes, Many Items will not change even through testing so production of those items was completed a month ago many Items are in hold until all testing is complete. Those Items will not require a great deal of time to produce so time left for release is very soon!
