Default Programmability?

I noticed a small connector on the right side of the board, opposite the servo connections... Wouldn't it be cool if this was an I/O port for programming? I'd like to see waypoints, for example, and what would be really cool, is to set the alititude it climbs to when you first hit the RTH switch!

It is a port for re-flashing. There may be updates, Or programming options in the future.

Hmm, interesting! Does it have a lot of extra memory for added functionality? Like, flight plans for example.
