35meg conversion to 2.4g

I've got the urge to blow the dust of my i/c Raptor 50 after several years

It still has an old 35meg receiver so I need to update it to 2.4g, I've got a Lemon DSM2 8 channel Rx here, just wondered if anyone knows if it'll work the pitch servo as it's not CCPM, and if so how, or is perhaps a Y-lead with the throttle the solution ?

To clarify, this Rx and most other generic 2.4g Rx have throttle, aileron, elevator and rudder ports....then it goes 'gear' and aux1, aux2 etc. - no 'pitch' ??

Thinking on it, an 'old school' Y-lead's not gonna work with IU is it...Doh

I'm using a Futaba FF9 with Spektrum module in the back...can anyone recommend an Rx that'll run the separate pitch servo on my old V1 flybar Rappy, or clue me up how to set my Lemon Rx up with my FF9 ....I've got a brain melt thing going on right now !!?

Aux1 is the channel that the pitch servo should be plugged into. Make sure the radio is set for mechanical or 1 servo 90 degree mixing.

I just figured it out too... the throttle/pitch mixing just needed setting up in my 9c and yes, Aux 1

All sorted
