I was asked by a friend If I wanted to sell my 600pro since I don't fly it much
its not a dfc 600 has about 50 flights ,in great shape and no crashes, I also have a sk540 a wr Hercules bec on it.
I told him as is with 6 gens ace 3300 40c for $800.00.

I normally don't sell heli's used and I want to give him a good deal so my question is, is 800.00 a good price.

It really depends. The price can go really high, if you have many upgrade parts (like KDE), with high end servo, motor, ESC and etc.. All stock, with 6 batteries, I would say $800 is quite fair price.

How good a friend is he and how much of your time are you going to spend sorting out issues?

Do the Gens Ace packs only have 50 flights across them or are they older? If they only have 15-16 flights per pair then you probably have $300 just in batteries. $800 is a very low price with the SK540 and flight packs.

at most the heli has is 50 flights in total so at most 15 flights per pac.

He has heli's and does not need any help.

I forgot I also have parts that go with it. like main gears tail gears landing skids main shafts, tail boom. Basically a crash kit.

In that case $800 is a very very good deal...for the buyer. Not so much for you.

I would say it is a good deal, not great, not bad. Perfect for a good friend. If it is used you cannot expect to get similar price for anything, if you calculate about %25 - %30 loss, it would come out to be $800 range...

You think so? Even with a SK540, WR Hercules BEC and 6 Gens Ace packs?? The lipos alone would quickly sell for $50 each in the forums. Not that I think he should charge his friend more but I've seen several 600EFL's sell for around $750 without including several hundred in lipos.
