reboot your computer, start tapping the f8 key.
a windows boot option screen will eventually pop up.
near the bottom of the various options you'll see start windows without signature option
(I don't remember the precise wording, but the option is near the bottom of the list)
use arrow keys to highlight the option and press enter.

when windows starts go into device manager via control panel, check your com ports and you should see that the device is avail. be sure that the port being used is between 1 and 4. it should assign the port automatically but it helps to check. typically ports 1,2 and 3 are already in use.

something that caught me was not my computer settings but my flymentor usb cable was loose when connecting to the flymentor unit itself. you might have to wiggle it to get it to initialize or be recognized.

hope this helps.

Just an afterthought. I've found flesh tone web sites, of any kind are chock full of ad/malware. Which will crash a computer. I know thanks to my Son going to them. They must figure if you are there then you brain isn't working and they can get you from behind
