Default Problem Bantam BC6

Hello,

I am asking for your advice as for at least one year I have been experiencing following two problems with my Bantam BC6 charger. Now I have decided to try to find a solution, being they quite annoying.

a) the balancing lasts sometimes very very long and quite often I need to interrupt it and to complete the balancing with another charger;

b) while charging 6S, it beeps once and it looks like it reboots without completing the charging.

It is 3 years old and when problems arose it was already out of warranty.

Thanks a lot for helping,

daniele

a). You need to clean the contacts on the balance board or replace the balance board.

b). If you are running on AC power, then the AC power supply in the BC6 is not putting out enough power. Try running it on DC to see if this still happens. If it does not, then the power supply is the problem. If it does happen again, then the unit needs to be replaced.
