I use ShoeGoo on my wire plugs, it's glue/silicone you can find at any hardware store. its still flexable when it dries and when you want to remove it you just grab one end with some needle nose pliers and roll it off the wires. comes all off clean, give it a try you will like it.

I finished repairing it today actually. I will upload pictures tomorrow. I just used hot glue and it looks like it will do the job fine. I will try it next time when the wires are removed

Trying out a Logo 600 canopy on my 550. Fits pretty good and no bottom clip is needed because the canopy tucks under the landing skid. It's actually going on a KDS Innova, but couldn't resist trying it on the 550.

I tried the canopy of my logo on my trex once too. They do indeed fit remarkably well

If i may be so free to answer.. No mods needed at all. If my memory serves me, not even re-drilling mounting hole! Battery space is great too. It's like it's made for it.

Autos with the 550 are quite easy actually. Just need to set them down on firmer ground than that. I imagine 550mm blades will make them that much easier.

I had a couple of good flights this weekend on my 550e. This is probably my best one. I'm loving this heli!

Only 17 and still learning so careful on the comments please.

Warning: The heli looks really close to the camera. It's NOT the camera was zoomed in throughout the entire video.
