Default Swash questions

Hello everyone.

Just had some questions about swash adjustment /servo travel adjustment. How far can I allow my swash to roll before it could cause trouble? For example.. I want my mini t to flip and roll as fast as possible, but not to far that it causes a boom strike or overbinds the head. What Is the best way to determine this? Any help will be appreciated! Btw its a basically stock mini t head wise

You could replace the white paddles on the flybar with the green ones from ThunderTiger. They weigh less and allow quicker cyclic response.

If your heli is working and flying correctly this can be an easy way to speed up the cyclic response before messing with anything else.

keep increasing travel until it binds then back it of a bit. It's probably not the correct way to do it but that's what I do and it seems to work...

...or go FBL

the only thing I'm concerned about is hitting the tail boom with the main blades. I have done that before with devastating consequences. don't want it to happen again

I am not sure but isn't this more related to how much are main blades able to flex in the flight? If you have some hard to flex blades (Edge) then they should never hit the boom (maybe in crash but that's not what we are looking for).
