Default Spyder Packs

I've got 3 flights on the Spyders. The Hyperion 45C's are better for sure. Spyder's are doing fine factoring in the cost. They fit well and are a better value. That being said I'm glad to have 2 packs of both.

Have you ever tried the Gens Ace 4000mah 25c batteries or the 3800mah 25c batteries?
I've recently began flying them and they have quickly became my personal favorite brand. They perform amazing, similar to batteries that are 3 times the cost and double the C rating. To me it's unreal how good they are especially after seeing there low asking price

Just bought a Pulse 4100 45c and it fits. I bit longer than my Hyperion but skinnier. Haven't used it yet though.

I am very interested in how that battery holds up? if they turn out to be a very good pack, I may carry them as they are fairly inexpensive for a 45C-90C pack.

Any info would be appreciated..

It's an awesome battery and fits good under the canopy. Also I have the battery fence upgrade on mine and it works perfectly with those batteries.

Something to think about though is here back a month or 2 ago I was messaging back and forth with Rob Cherry and he said he was even happier with the Gens Ace 3600mah packs.
There's only 10 dollars difference between them so either one is gonna be a good choice

I have 2 of them and I have near 40 flights on both of them and so far no signs of puffing or anything uncool. I'm getting 5:30min of flight time out of them and putting about 70 to 75 percent back in them. They are a tight fit though with the battery fence.
Also I get the same performance out of my gens ace 4000mah 25c packs and they are close to half the cost of the Voltz packs. Just something to think about

I have 6 of these batteries. Great fit, no stress on the canopy like turnigy 4000's. Plenty of power of me.

Yes. That battery is very lightweight, and I get 4:15 and hard flights with it. I just sent mine in to TP for warranty. One cell discharges very fast. My new one is on its way...gotta love their warranty.

I have a few of the 40C and they fit with the battery fence. They are very snug fit, but certainly do-able.
