Default loosing my mind

Hello all
first let me say I have built a trex 500, trex 600, and trex 450 without having this problem. I have just completed my trex 250 and upon spool up the tail wags so violently I cannot even get it off the ground. I read about all the tail problems, so while building iI put it the kevlar belt, the micro heli tail slider, a mks ds95i tail servo, and a pheonix 25 esc. I have no vibrations, and no binding in the tail. I have tried adjusting the gain, played with pots 1 and 3, and lowered to the lowest point in parameter D. I even tried switching back to the align tail servo. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also can someone tell me the proper wiring for the esc, the original motor wires and esc connections are redto red blue to blue, and black to black. The castle esc has red, white, and black wires.

ESC wires aren't an issue, wire it up and if the motor spins the wrong way, swap 2 wires.
Are you using a satellite or a full size Rx?
Make sure you have your tail gain set up on the correct channel.
Double check your wiring and setup to what is specified in the manual, I had the same issue and I was sending 100% gain to the gyro, when the beast finished initialising, what light is on the BeastX?
Also, make sure your gyro settings are correct in your Tx.
Here is a thread with the same issue.

I am running a full size receiver(futaba super fast) my light is blue and changing my gain in tx makes little differences, so I know I have it hooked up properly.

In addition to the blue LED, one of the other led's will illuminate...

It will be one of the A-N lights, it will be lit only for about two or three seconds after initialization. It will indicate the amount of tail gyro gain. The suggested starting point is to see the G light right after initialization. You can see the A-N indication for a few seconds after initilization and also briefly when you change the tail gyro gain in the transmitter...

The blue light you are seeing is indicating that you are in heading hold mode, so that part is right, but have a look for the G to be the one lit briefly after initilization.

N and blue would suggest that your HH gain is at 100%. Also, if when you adjust the gain in your radio, the MB still shows N after initialisation then this would suggest that your MB cannot see your radio gain. Make sure you have the gain lead connected correctly, and that you have the assignments done correctly in your radio to output the gain signal on the channel you intended. On all three of my MB instals, 250, 450 and 550, the gain shows either E or F after initialisation.

Good luck.

Cheers
