Unfortunately, it won't. I've been bitten by HK's 'specifications' before, lol. My Furion 6 has been modified to fit larger motors, but not this large. Dang it.

hey Dude HK will be come out with a 600 version of this motor I figure it would be a smaller diamiter , soon I read it in one of the reviews of the SK3 480KV MOTOR ,I just recived my 480kv motor the other day will be mounting it on my logo 600 w/ 12s.
runing my trex 700E with the SK3 560kv motor its running just fine, but I swaped out the dlux 120 esc for a CC 120hv couldnt get the timeing right with the Dlux esc since there is no way to update this esc unlike the HW 120hv (k-force 120hv) w/ programbox
I dont think I'll buy another dlux esc it looks really nice in the photo but mine came with loose capacitators witch I had to glue in so vibretion wouldnt knock them off.

I had a couple fins machined off my bell so I could fit it into my E640 with more favorable gearing for the HS I want to run. That is a pain the way they say 49mm, but actually mean 52.5mm.

Out of curiosity, what is the wind and termination pattern of the 480kv motor? I would like to rewind to 300kv or so if that's possible. What size wire would be recommended for that wind. I'm thinking about a possible project if that is doable.

So how about the parts on these things? Has anyone replaced the bearings with better ones? Or are the ones they use pretty decent? With a price like this, it's really difficult for me to justify paying more...
