Default Swash jumping??

Hi.

I seems to have some strange problem with my trex250FBL now, the swash moves/jumps down when im in flight, or when i get rpm on the engine.
Its not vibration, or bad connetion in 3G-gyro and main-unit.
Have set it up over and over again in both DIR-mode, reloaded the standard 250-450settings, updated to 2,1v several times to be sure, but nothing helps ...
At first i thought it was due to vibration.. but took the gyro out and strapped it down to my table. spool up the engine and the same thing happend

The jumping is very small and the result of it is the heli is getting sudden down-pitch in flight
(hard to explain, but the swash sort of just drop 3-5mm down and up again quick ... then its stable again for some sec, and then it happends again)

Anyone seen this before?

YEP!........I had a bad servo wire connection INSIDE of the servo. Didnt know it was there untill it was too late and failed MID air.

3G corrected and did everything it could to help and I got the heli down SAFELY.

SERVO? It was an 8717HV JR. 3 crashes on it.

Hopethis helps. PEACE!

Hmmm... have been thinking of something like that .. so the jumping is the 3G trying to keep it level when the fail comes? casue the whole swash moves (all 3 servos)
Im using DS410 on cyclic.

Will try 3 new servos to check then (got another 250se)

Ok stranges thing... ill post a video at youtube
Notice the little movement on tail-servo (DS420) when engine get some RPM,
and the 3G gyro is not in the heil.
I have also teste with a new DS420 and its the same ...
I use the standard ESC (rce-bl15x) and have it set up for 5,5volt

Default *Solved*

Ok today i had some time to really check things .. and i found the error, it was a tiny "arm" connected to the blade-holder on tail .. it was for some reason not straigt anymore and changing it fixed it all ... i also had the time to rebuild the whole setup on heli .. put RX and 3G-contoll-unit inside heli ... It flies great now
