Default T-Rex 250 DFC electronics, what are you running???

I'm trying to make final selection of my electronics for my 250DFC, it seems like there's too many choices, one name I don't see much for servos used is Spektrum... Is anyone running a full compliment of Spektrum servos on their 250DFC??? If so are they any good??? Edit: I found the two that fit...

What electronics are you using or planing on using in your T-Rex 250PRO DFC???

Servos other than stock?
Motors other than stock?
ESC's other than stock?

Maybe this can turn into a T-Rex Electronics "What works" thread...

My electronics:

TX - Spektrum DX8
RX/FBL Controller - AR7200BX
Cyclic servos - Align DS415's
Tail servo - MKS 95i
Motor - Align MX250
ESC - JETI Spin22 or JETI Spin11 if it's up to the task
Batteries - Venom LI-POWER 850mah 3S1P 20C packs / I plan on finding Thunder Power packs that fit well...

I'm thinking of getting the MKS DS95-i for the tail, although I'm a little concerned about the weight and apparent need to use a UBEC with it... Comments from those using the MKS on their tail already???

Mod: CF rudder push rod.

The little guy flies as solid as my 500!

I'll ask...

Stock DS415s on the cyclic?
MX motor?
Align ESC?

Are you running with a UBEC?

Is anyone running with the RCM-BL250 motor and 16th pinion on a PRODFC?

Cyclic servos are 415s. My stock tail servo 425 was a joke! The rest is stock. I'll go JR when the first cyclic servo goes bad.

Great, sounds like it's hit or miss with the BEC in the Align ESC, I really don't want to run an external BEC if it's not needed,

I'm going to contact Scorpion and see what they've got for a motor, I have only a BL250 in hand, need to get the MX or ???

I'm going to make a CF push rod...

The MX is a solid motor and very capable. My ESC has been good so far, but I may go with Kontronics in the future.

Red face Selections made, parts ordered...

OK, after much reading and a few questions, selected the following... Seems to be the winning combination...

Cyclic servos: Align DS415's
Tail servo: MKS 95i
Motor: Align MX250

Parts ordered, should be here Friday... Tomorrow; I am in for surgery at 6:00am... If I don't make it, you CAN'T have my helis, bury me with em... Along with my Harley... Wish me luck...

Ken

Smile Thank you very much...

Actually, thank the drunk driver that hit me three years ago...
I just hope the surgery goes well, and the recovery is easy enough I can finish my build while laid up at home... After all helis are the priority... Nah, a little anxious about getting opened up again and very much hope its a success...

Thank you for the well wishes... Ken

I still have not decided on my ESC, I'd just like it to be a solid performer and have an adequate BEC on it, I really don't want to run an external UBEC, already running out of space, and don't want to suffer the additional weight gain, especially running the heavier MKS95i on the tail...

Maybe JETI, maybe CC... Having a hard time deciding...
