Question Slight Wobble in a hover!!

So I recently upgraded my dampeners and put in some Youngblood dampeners ( http://www.readyheli.com/DAMPENERS9-...0_p_32420.html) and a new set of Mavrikk G5 Pro blades. Man there is defiantly more response in my collective. However, I have developed a slight wobble when in hover. Not sure what this could be caused by? When I installed me dampeners I checked out my thrust bearings which were still in perfect working order. My bird has not been downed since I built her last aug. Now the only thing I didn't check was the balance of the blades. They are tracking perfect though. Any ideas? Could the Dampeners cause this? if so what is the remedy? Thanks for any help.

that should be fast enough, i dont think you can run much more without over speeding the engine, those dampeners might be too firm, how bad of a wobble is it?

They shouldn't be too stiff, their designed to replace the stock dampeners directly. and the wobble isn't to bad just slight but enough to notice.

Is it a wobble or a nod? Mine nodded in normal mode after installing Truebloods. Keep flying and the dampers will wear in a bit and stop nodding. Mine still nods during an auto if I lose any headspeed.

I guess it could be a nod, it just kinda rocks back and forth in almost a circular motion. She's stable forsure but I was just concerned if it could cause any problems in the long run.

What about blade tightness, does the weight difference of the G5's vs. the Aligns make a difference? Did you lube the dampers and spindle when assembled?

Not to hi jack the thread here. I'm building my 700 and I've installed lifeblood dampeners. Will these give me problems and do I need to put the aligns in there?

Hard dampeners will do this until broken in. It's pretty common so don't worry toomuch about it.

All this means is you have to fly more.

Are you flybarless? If so, you might need to lower the main rotor gain a touch. With the harder dampeners oscillation can happen with too high gain.

It's the new dampeners, I would not worry about it. It should be more pronounced at lower rpm, like in Normal mode.

Just keep flying it, bang some tick-tocks and they should start braking-in after a few flights.
