Could something like THIS be what you're looking for?

I think we all tried all the different dampers... and most of us came back to the black Align POM as being the best. The ones that come in the kit are exactly what the helicopter flies best with. IMO.

That little bit of play in the FS is deliberate. Reduces vibrations and allows a multitude of headspeeds. The Align dampers don't last that long in extreme 3D. But Align does recommend to rebuild the head every 20 or 30 flights. Thats what I do.

To be fair, I've never tried the Lynx though. Looks interesting and highly adjustable.

You mean the play in the fs around the blade grip area for the dfc heads? Cuz thats the only area I have play in. Its an up and down/side to side in the grips around the fs, not the fs itself. But no in and out play.

Yes my blade grips have some play up and down on the shaft. I have a 200SRX and use stiff head dampers and it liked it. I can use the Align dampers. My main shaft is shimmed and it dosent move up and down but if I grab the tips of the blades and move up and down the grips move some on the feathering shaft.
