For discharging I am using two head lights in series. Not sure on the amp draw but it takes about 30 minutes or so.

The way they come up with % numbers is by measuring the voltage.
They then pull the % out of a lookup table.
The problem is that the voltage will be different with the applied load and how long after the load was removed.
This is why flying to a set voltage is not as good as flying for a set time period.
Anyway -
A 30 minute discharge is 2C. Way too fast to accurately hit 3.73V.
The way I do it is load the pack till the voltage hits about 3.80V , then lower the load to 1/10C till it hits 3.73V average ( across 6 cells).
I use a watt meter for this. Very useful tool.

Well I finally got through the break in stage of these packs. Decided to use them as the tests came back very close to the rated mah's.

The only flight that I think is worth reporting on was just hovering and forward flight.

Fusion 50
5 Min. @ 2000 rpms. (tached it so I am sure)

Put 1203 mah's on one set and 1217 mah's on the other. Weird that they were so close.

All cells were 3.94-3.96V

My last break in flight with each was more or less the same flight style but on the last 1:30 min. I used Idle 2, 2200 rpm, flying tic tocs pitch pumps and light piroing stuff. Still waiting to charge them to see where they are at.

I will report back after I really start to fly these @2300 +/- rpm's.
