The automatic switch select function should take care of that.

Yes. Wasnt a problem. But they are labled wrong. Right lable on hold switch side says bind.which is a problem.why should a new product be not 100%?

Im completely not following what your saying. "left label on Hold switch says Bind" .
That is a button and yes Bind is assigned to it but for assignment purposes it is Switch I.
Why is this a problem? If you want your Hold on a button in this location assign Hold to Switch I. You have to remember if you do this that anything assigned to Switch I will be active during Binding since there is no way to reassign the Bind button.
Example: If for some reason like maybe a sailplane guy who did this had his motor on Switch I. When he bound it the Bind was sensing full throttle and thats where the failsafe was set. He had a big surprise when he shut the Tx off first. Like it was the radios fault.
The switch names based on functions like Hold or D/R or flap or gyro have gone the way of the dodo and changed to A-H labeling since everyone has a different idea of what their layout should be. Once the radio is powered on Switch I is no longer tied to Bind and is available as an assignable function switch. You just might have to take an extra step to temporarily modify a function assigned to I if it might adversly effect how failsafe gets set.

Default labels

There is a bind button on left top of radio. So labels are wrong .that is why it matters.
