Hmmm.... So the BeastX forum is likely to be the best spot.

The Align 500L likely anyone could help you... That's in the general "500 forum"

Your radio? That's the toughest. Hopefully you're confident with it and Just need translations to BeastX.

If not, you may need to google that radio and try to find a heli setup. I think you can download and upload model files to it. If not, you'll need specific help on setting that radio up for an FBL heli. (BeastX, Ikon, Brain, all that will translate. Same basic setup on the TX.)

Your still new and likely your posts are being held up. So ill pm you my phone number and email adress. Your gonna need a ton of help but its all a learning process. All i can say is research your butt off. If its as interesting to you as it is to us, then you'll have no problem. If you find it boring and tedious then thats a problem.

Literally google everything...most of the time it will bring you to specific threads on here, and this forum is the best sorce for helicopter knowledge.

Only problem for me is the radio, I've only used spektrum, but we can likely make it work. Is the helicopter built and/or built correctly?

Default Heli

Hello & thanks,
Yes the helicopter is built correctly, just waiting for the radio to charge.
one thing I did notice is that going through the Beast set-up from a video on this web-site in the swash plate set-up, one of the servos does not hardly move (aileron servo) and when I switch servos, the problem stays with that channel?? now when you use the elevator control the servo works great! so, as soon as my radio is charged I'm going to start back at the swash plate video to see if I can find the first of many problems.
Thanks redsox

Default Align 500L help

Make sure to check out these videos. Step by step directions for each portion of the setup.

Also if you're having problems with a certain step in the setup, post what letter you're working on at the time.

Do you have the manual for the BX?

Does anybody think that maybe you don't run the connections between the beastX & the receiver like it said in the manual?

You in Vegas? Bring it out to Bennett field this weekend. I'm sure someone there will help you set up BeastX. The beauty with that unit is you don't need a computer.
