Default Storage solution

I wanted a better way to store my helicopters.

Some 1/2" pvc pipe, a handful of fittings, pipe insulation, and a few cuts resulted in the gadget seen below. Everything in one convenient space!

The first picture shows the 'naked' rack, the second shows it with my Bee, Belt CPs, and flight box. By the way, I picked up the 'green' Belt for $80 on Craigslist !

The Bride says I have too much time on my hands, but what do GIRLS know?

Very clever and nice Don ! I really like to see stuff like that.

Here's how I do it, way more simple, but it works for me.
A solid metal bar screwed (firmly !!!) to the wall, takes up little space, and they are hanging high up, safe from my little boy's investigating fingers.

Great minds think a like,I got mind hung like Raf...

That's an awesome shelf, Don. Shows what a little creativity can do!

Unfortunately my rack has been moved, and everything is stuffed away in the "Junk room" which is suppose to be turned into the babies room when we get around it (bassinet in our room at the moment). So this is where my models and what not get jammed. Yes the curtin's are ugly and that is an egg thing, like I said, junk room, the other corner has boxes of things packed still.. LOL Oddly I haven't once worked on a heli on that table.

Usually how I hang my models is I put a heavy screw/nail into the wall and tie some strong-enough rope/string around the frame and loop it on to the screw. Has held my 500's and 450's and 250's. Don't know about the nitro though...
