Thanks Georgi ! The heli is trek 800 head speed around 1800 , I did almost everything : tt bearings , balance the tail unit .... It is so smooth , the vibrations are very good if just hover or scale flying but as soon as loop or roll , split s ...at high speed the green light will come on for the remain of the flight , this is the gps 2 the heli used to have a gps 1 and it was a little better , it would go green when it inverted but will come back to blue , gps 2 should be better but so far it was not , I don t really know what is the problem , so pls look at my log I know you guys can help . Thanks again .

=] motor vibe, overall the vibes are great but we see a motor spike here and there. Mesh related perhaps?

=] Hi, your next step should be switching to playback logging, this enables better mapping of the vibe. It's sporadic so we need to see where the source is coming from.

If you don't want to use the SK gov, please fit an RPM sensor, this will help to narrow it down even further,,,,,

Default GPS module Failed

Hi Georgi ! I still trying to get the CC Edge so I can put the heli on governor mode , but I did changed the stock main gear with the Align CNC gear and also put on the Align Metal Shapely reinforcement Plate & Brace assembly , so this morning I swing the Gps again ,everything look good and smooth ,tried hard deck and position hold , flew around with sport flying then toward the end of the flight I noticed the green light was on , landed and hooked on the laptop the I saw this =internal gps module reset, configuration error , gps out of memory, gps module failed and .....everything else error that was on flight 1, swing gps again everything good ...blue light , gps status ok..go for 2 flight .. got up to height tried hard deck, position hold =ok then green light come again ..hooked on laptop =everything same like the 1 flight ....is my gps 2 defected ? since my vib are better now ( still no good but it never went past 3 ) I also flew my Dominator 700 with the 720 BE and GPS 1 and it was 95 % perfect. Thanks again

=] ok, and lets keep level headed while we go through this!

There is a known bug where sometimes the error code will go to "0xFFFF" which means all of the errors wrongly fire all at once. Try "send setup" and it should clear it. So nothing there is nothing to worry about.

EEPROM It is a bad error if it is real. It means the chip that stores all of
the important data (such as calibration, etc) has failed. I have come across 3 of these now. If real the gyro wouldn't allow flight mode, and would remain in a red LED error state.

So again, dismiss it. You are able to fly and don't report any calibration issues. The vibes are amazing! you either got a good kit, or are a true anal balance type guy??!

I think what does need looking at is your power supply? Do you have 2 sources going to the unit? and if so into which ports? the servo's are hungry and you are working them fairly hard,,,,,, await your thoughts,,,,,,

=] I think on this size $$$$ machine, you really need to fit a dedicated 2S pack. For two reasons, it will supply you with 2 independent power sources, And,,,,,,,,,,,, if the CC esc lets go the on-board electronics will see the full pack fizz voltage,,,,,,,,,
