Default Do I have a bad servo?

I purchased a new Futaba BLS251 tail servo recently. When I first installed it, I was surprised that it was totally silent compared to the Align DS650 that buzzed a lot.

Over the past week I have noticed that the servo is no longer silent. It sounds like a timex watch (constant rhythmic ticking just like a wristwatch). Is this normal, or is my servo going bad already?

Pulse width and frequency set correctly?

If memory serves, the BLS251 runs 720us center position and 560Hz

Yes, I believe they are. I am using the vBar and have selected the BLS251 in the software.
