Default K-Bar - lost tail rotor compensation

Welcome!
I have new problem with my k-bar.
Few days ago created new setup, set new parameters but lost tail rotor compensation. If tail move to left or right, tail blades stands still, in one position. How to setup tail compensation in software?
Best Regards
LITE

Solution:
When You connect ESC, press the button for 5 sec.
LED on sensor change color. Default is green.
Red and blue are 'special' modes of sensor installation.

K婆(MINI K-BAR)モード変更 (English subtitles) (1 min 29 sec)

Best Regards
LITE

You most likely have the gain set to a very low or zero value. Check the gain value shown on the Tail Rotor 'Gyro gain' slider in the Vstabi main screen and make sure it's around the correct value suggested for your heli size.

If the gain is at the value suggested for your heli size then it's probably a problem in setup, so go through the tail setup again.

I take it that the servo moves ok when you move the rudder stick?

What is the orientation of the Kbar? You dont have it side mounted by any chance?

Hello again!
Tail movement on stick is ok.
FBL is mounted on right side, at front.
Sensor is mounted on sensor tray - behind anti-rotation bracket.

My problem:

mini kbar wrong gyro direction (Please, help me) (1 min 47 sec)

Looks like the orientation you selected in the software is wrong.

yep wrong gyro instalation

I actually had this happen with a cx3x2000 gyro after reflashing firmware to try and see if there was a bug. rolled back to earlier version, then flashed to current version.

gyro was set for mounting on 250 gyro tray instead of side like i had it, but no matter what option i selected for gyro isntallation it would not change.

Im not sure what fixed it on my gyro but i ended up reflashing the current firmware and then it would work when i selected the right gyro installation in software.

Not sure what caused it to get stuck in 1 mounjting direction but i ended up reflashing the firmware on the cx gyro and it fixed it.

maybe try rebooting your computer and repowering gyro, connect and change the gyro installation direction in software.

Interesting post and helpful Youtube video. I had this problem with a yellow KBar that used to work fine, but the past few times I tried to fly it had the exact wrong tail rotor comp, and nothing in software would fix it. I ended up holding the reset button while turning on the KBar and then reflashing as new using VStabi. Once I had the right settings to match the KBar position, it started working again. Woooot.
