i just received a flysky 9x from hobbypartz that is defective in workmanship and now im being told they won't pay return shipping. i installed the batterys and turned it on and as soon as i did smoke was coming from the battery compartment. im pretty upset that this happened and now i find out in order to get a refund i have to send back at my expense. i ordered a working radio and not a faulty radio. does this sound fair???? why should i have to pay for there junk tx???? what kind of company treats there customers like this?? HOBBYPARTZ DOES!!!!!!!!!!! if your thinking about ordering from them or any other of there company's you might want to rethink it. my next step is to file a small claims against them in court. come to find out they have an F rating with the better business bureau.

here's the order # order yhst-62196343123315-304659 from HobbyPartz.com and here is the RMA 1764104. this was shipped back to you on 7/19/2012 and i hardly think it fair that i should be the one paying for return shipping on a defective product. i payed $ 12.09 to ship back and feel i should be reimbursed for this also.
